Naturally Nova Scotia is located on a 150-year-old farm. The long-standing barns and buildings have been maintained for their rustic charm and original beams but have been refurbished into offices and modern manufacturing facilities.

Continued growth has led to new buildings and machinery, ongoing construction, and a dynamic environment on the farm. A lovely garden and attached herb field adds to the earthy feel.

Naturally Nova Scotia currently operates 6 large freeze dryers, making the farm one of the largest freeze-drying companies in Canada. The health products manufactured by Naturally Nova Scotia contain certified organic freeze-dried botanicals, which are highly nutritious and bioavailable, making our products superior to air-dried and synthetic nutraceuticals.

Research projects dedicated to safety, efficacy and stability of natural botanical products are a high priority to NNS.
